These simple rules are designed to maintain order, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere, allowing every camper to enjoy their experience to the fullest. Your cooperation is essential for the respect and harmony of all our guests. We thank you for your attention and for helping us keep our camper parking area a welcoming place for everyone. We wish you a pleasant stay.
1.1 Toilet cassette disposal is available in the morning from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The waste disposal area is open from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. To ensure the cleanliness of the facilities, chemical toilet containers, as well as all other liquids and wastewater, must be disposed of within the scheduled hours and in the designated waste disposal points, keeping them clean for future users.
1.2 Noisy activities and equipment that cause disturbance should be avoided at any time. Please respect quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
1.3 Check-in is from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
For weekends (except in August), check-out can be extended until 8:00 PM on the departure day, but this must be arranged at least the day before. The daily rate applies from the time of entry until the departure, which must be no later than 11:00 AM on the agreed departure date. If departure occurs after this time and the pitch is free, a half-day fee will be charged (with a maximum departure time of 8:00 PM, after which a full-day fee will apply). The departure date must be confirmed at the reception upon arrival. If you plan to extend your stay, please notify the reception in advance. If no pitches are available, guests must adhere to their previously agreed stay dates, or, if available, change their pitch. We work with reservations, so please confirm your arrival and departure dates carefully.
1.4 The office will be open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Payment must be made by 9:30 AM on the departure day, and the pitch must be vacated by 10:00 AM the same day. We recommend settling the payment the day before departure. We accept cash, credit card, or debit card payments only.
2.1 The use of barbecues at your pitch or near other camper pitches is prohibited. Barbecues are only allowed in designated areas specified by management, except on windy days. Barbecues must be constantly supervised.
2.2 Dogs are welcome at our facility. Dog owners must keep their dogs on a leash and take them outside for their needs. Dogs must not be left free within the area. Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets to people or property.
2.3 Any type of sport within the area is prohibited. Bicycles, motorcycles, and mopeds may only be brought into the area if carried by hand.
2.4 Do not waste or misuse water. The use of the laundry area is allowed exclusively for adults. Do not use the water refill point or the waste disposal area to wash dishes or shower.
2.5 It is strictly forbidden to discharge waste inside the pitches. Anyone caught doing so will be reported with a photo and will be fined €20.00, charged to their stay.
2.6 Do not leave waste, cigarettes, or bulky items in the pitches, flower beds, or surrounding areas. For waste disposal, go to the designated recycling area, using transparent bags (not black ones).
Waste can only be disposed of as follows:
2.7 It is not allowed to install wires, clotheslines, shading covers, or anything else in or around your pitch. No tying or anchoring anything to plants or hanging ropes at head height. Maximum respect for the area’s decor.
2.8 Cooking outdoors is allowed, following safety and decorum rules. Gas cookers and cylinders can only be exposed during use and must have a fire extinguisher nearby. Anyone not complying with this rule and safety principles will be asked to store all equipment.
3.1 Reservations are accepted only for a minimum stay of 2 nights, up to a maximum of 7 nights. A reservation will be accepted only if made through our website or by phone, with a required deposit for the requested stay period.
3.2 Weekend bookings are accepted only for a minimum stay of 2 nights. If the reservation and agreed arrival times are not respected, the pitch will be reassigned.
Reservations can be modified or cancelled without charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Up to 2 days before arrival, a cancellation will result in a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will not be refunded.
No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund or discount; the full stay period will be charged.
Upon arrival, guests must go to the office for check-in and report the number of people in the camper. Each guest or additional person must be registered and authorized by management. Management reserves the right to change rates or pitch assignments at any time. Guests are required to use the camper parking area only for its intended purpose and must not engage in any offensive, dangerous, illegal, immoral, or inappropriate behavior. Any actions that disturb other guests or staff will not be tolerated. Violations of these terms and internal regulations may result in the guest being asked to leave Campo dei Rocchi without a refund.
