The Campo dei Rocchi Motorhome Parking Area was established in 2014 in Castellabate, in the heart of Cilento, to offer motorhome travellers a safe and well-equipped place to stop and rest comfortably along their journey.
The site is located just 50 metres from Giglio Bianco Beach, a place of extraordinary beauty that also holds a deep historical legacy. During the Greek era, limestone disks were extracted from this very coastline to build the majestic columns of the temples in Paestum, which still stand in perfect condition today.
The name “Campo dei Rocchi” comes from this unique geological formation and the square that hosts the parking area. Here, between sea and nature, travellers can enjoy an authentic experience, fully immersed in the history and natural charm of the Cilento.

On the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway heading south, take the Caserta Sud exit and continue towards Salerno. After the Salerno toll booth, continue on the Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway, exiting at Battipaglia. Then, proceed on the SS18 heading south. Exit at Agropoli Sud and follow the signs for Santa Maria di Castellabate. Once in Santa Maria, take the third exit at the first roundabout, then the first exit at the next roundabout, heading towards Zona Lago. After about 500 metres, turn left to reach Piazzale dei Rocchi, where the Campo dei Rocchi camper parking area is located.
From the A3 Salerno–Reggio Calabria motorway, take the Eboli exit and continue towards Capaccio Paestum. Stay on the SS18 heading towards Agropoli, then exit at Agropoli Sud and follow the signs for Santa Maria di Castellabate. Once in Santa Maria, take the third exit at the first roundabout, then the first exit at the next roundabout, heading towards Zona Lago. After approximately 500 metres, turn left to reach Piazzale dei Rocchi, where the Campo dei Rocchi camper parking area is located.
